Fracspace launches mobile app for fractional investment

City-based Fracspace, a proptech startup launched a mobile application for fractional investment and ownership in the real estate sector. The platform lets users invest in a property, post which a dedicated housekeeping team, and round-the-clock concierge service is provided. Frac-owner also gets access to integration and earning rights, including rental earnings, asset appreciation, and assistance in reselling individual fractions directly through the app.
“Fracspace’s app launch signifies a step towards democratising real estate ownership, making it accessible to a wider customer base while upholding standards of transparency and innovation,” said Unnath Reddy, the Managing Director of Fracspace. “We are pleased to come up with a solution where everyone can own a piece of their dream property, one fraction at a time,” Reddy added.
